Refund Policy
This policy explains refund eligibility for paid classes and digital products.
Academic-year course advance
The advance is non-refundable if the student cancels. The remaining course balance is due before the first class. If the mentor cancels the course before it starts, the advance is refunded in full. Starts next academic session (2027–28). Exact start date will be announced after board exams. 12 paid cycles × 12 classes = 144 classes. Advance is adjusted against the discounted course fee, not charged extra.
Mentor cancels a class
If Amit Sir cancels a class, 100% of the amount paid for that class is refundable through the original payment method.
Student cancels a class
If you cancel a class, 70% of its paid class fee is deducted. The remaining 30% is a credit toward your future class fees, not a cash refund.
Class fee calculation
Per-class fee = the actual amount paid for the package, after discounts, divided by its number of classes. For group bookings, this is the organizer’s total paid fee for the whole group class.
Timetable and checkout acceptance
Review and select your complete timetable before payment. Dates and times are shown in IST and are checked again before checkout.
Free learning resources
No payment is required for resources clearly marked as free, so refund requests do not apply to those resources.
Paid classes and digital products
Any refund eligibility for a class booking or digital product is shown clearly before payment and depends on the terms stated for that purchase.
Digital book pre-bookings
A book explicitly sold as a pre-booking can be cancelled for a full refund before the full book launches. Contact WhatsApp support at +91 96430 04680 with your payment ID and purchase email. Preview access does not remove this pre-launch cancellation eligibility. Approved refunds return through the original payment method.
Accidental charges
Customers may contact support for review of an accidental or duplicate charge.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method within the payment provider's applicable timelines.
